Embassy Riverine is built around its own riparian water corridor, which runs through the villa community, bringing a cooler, greener setting to every corner. Every Villa Home is positioned to open onto the water running past it, not set back from it.

Six distinct corridor types run through Embassy Riverine — flowering, fragrant, open grass, edible, active and shaded — and every Villa Home is positioned along one of them. The planting works across four layers, bringing shade, greenery and quiet along its length.

The Villa Clubhouse is built into the landscape around it, its facilities built for a life that values restoration as much as recreation. Entry points into each home are intimate, opening gradually into living, dining and kitchen areas that look directly onto the garden and the corridor beyond — a backyard that dissolves into the water instead of stopping at a wall.
