Vikas Khandelwal

Vikas Khandelwal is the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Embassy Developments Ltd. He brings over 22 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and fundraising. Since joining Embassy in 2023, he has played a key role in the Company’s ₹3,908 crore fundraise, the acquisition of new projects, and the successful merger of an Embassy Group entity with the Company.

Prior to Embassy, Vikas served as Company Secretary and Senior Vice President – Corporate at a listed real estate developer, where he led internal restructuring and the resolution of promoter disputes. Before that, he spent over 20 years with the Indiabulls Group, leading a wide range of corporate actions across its listed companies, including IPOs, fundraises, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, buybacks, and listing compliances. He is a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate.
