Shailendra Konanur Subbaraya

Shailendra Konanur Subbaraya is the Chief Operating Officer (COO), South at Embassy Developments Ltd. He has been with Embassy Group since 2010 and is a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. During his tenure, he has led business development, land acquisitions, regulatory engagement, and the planning and launch of several commercial and residential projects. He also played a key role in the acquisition and divestment of marquee projects in the group.

Prior to joining Embassy, Shailendra worked with Emirates Trading Agency, Dubai, where he was responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial management for MEP services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management, Bengaluru.
