Parag Saraiya is the Chief Operating Officer (North and West) at Embassy Developments Ltd. With over 25 years of business leadership experience, including over 17 years in real estate development, he leads the planning and execution of large-scale residential projects across the region, with a focus on quality, speed of execution, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Prior to joining Embassy, Parag held senior leadership roles at Rustomjee, Kalpataru, Sunteck Realty, and ADAM Realty and earlier worked with Tech Mahindra UK and HCL America Inc. Since 2008, he has led project execution and business transformation across multiple markets and is credited with reviving a major township project into one of the highest revenue-generating developments for a leading developer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from SPJIMR, Mumbai.
