Ms. Tarana Lalwani

Tarana Lalwani is an Independent Director of Embassy Developments Ltd. She is a Founding Partner at InnoVen Capital, where she heads the sourcing and execution of venture debt transactions and works closely with portfolio companies on business development, strategy, and fundraising. Prior to InnoVen, she was a Principal at Seedfund, where she evaluated and mentored early-stage companies.

Tarana serves on the CII Western Region Sub-Committee on Startups and Entrepreneurship and is an advisor to Auerolis, an early-stage, sector-agnostic investment fund. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in New York before joining Radian in its structured finance group. She holds an undergraduate degree from La Salle University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
