Mr. Shyamm Mariwala

Shyamm Mariwala is an Independent Director of Embassy Developments Ltd. An entrepreneur and investor, he was the promoter of Marson Biocare, a greenfield business specialising in soil substrates. Under his leadership, the company became the first outside Europe to receive international quality certification in its segment, pioneered new technologies, and emerged as India’s largest exporter while becoming the first to brand an agricultural commodity. Following the successful divestment of Marson Biocare, Shyamm focused on equity research and proprietary fund investments. He has served on the boards of several listed companies and currently mentors a coffee business spanning farm management, cafés, and retail operations.

Beyond business, he has contributed to public institutions and charitable organisations, including as a trustee of the Bombay Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BSPCA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Denver and has completed executive education programmes at London Business School.
