Mr. K.G. Krishnamurthy

K. G. Krishnamurthy is an Independent Director of Embassy Developments Ltd. He brings over three decades of experience in the real estate sector and is the former Managing Director and CEO of HDFC Property Ventures Ltd. He currently serves on the boards of several prominent organisations.

Over the course of his career, Krishnamurthy has advised international and domestic real estate funds with an aggregate corpus of ₹71 billion. Prior to leading HDFC Property Ventures, he headed Property Services at HDFC and has also advised the Asian Development Bank on housing initiatives under the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Project, as well as USAID on the development of Sri Lanka’s mortgage market. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
