Manjiri Inamdar

Manjiri Inamdar is the General Counsel (Corporate – Legal) at Embassy Developments Ltd. She oversees legal affairs across Embassy Group, including its real estate, hospitality, education, and affiliated businesses. With over two decades of experience, she specialises in corporate legal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

Prior to joining Embassy, Manjiri held senior legal leadership roles at Infosys Ltd. and ANSR Consulting. She has advised boards and C-suite executives, led cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives, and currently serves on the boards of eight public limited companies. She holds degrees in Law and Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Mumbai.
