Jacob P Abraham

Jacob is the General Counsel (Real Estate) at Embassy Developments Ltd. With over 13 years of experience, he specialises in real estate law, legal advisory, compliance, litigation, and complex transactions. Prior to joining Embassy, Jacob led the legal function for Macrotech Developers’ (Lodha) Bengaluru expansion, where he played a key role in strategic land acquisitions, residential project launches, and RERA compliance. Earlier, he held legal positions at VMP Law Chambers, Dua Associates, and Trilegal, advising clients across the real estate, corporate, and investment sectors.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Socio-Legal Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws (BSL, LL.B.) from ILS Law College, Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating with First Class honours.
