Emanda Vaz is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Embassy Developments Ltd., with over 19 years of experience across real estate, financial services, wealth management and hospitality. She leads the organisation’s brand, marketing, public relations, corporate communications and customer engagement functions.

Since joining Embassy Group in 2014, Emanda has shaped the brand across its office parks, hospitality, club and luxury residential businesses, and led the marketing and sales strategy for its ultra-luxury residential portfolio. Prior to Embassy, Emanda held roles with Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ASK Wealth Management.

Her accolades include the Global Real Estate Brand Awards – Professional of the Year 2026, Social Samosa Superwomen Class of 2026, Realty+ 40 Under 40 in Marketing & PR (2025) and The Economic Times’ Top 250 Great Managers (2021). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Symbiosis International University, where she graduated as a Gold Medallist.
