Embassy’s track record in the commercial space is evidenced by the 24 million sft. of completed projects in India and internationally as of April 2010. We have been able to conceive, design, develop and manage business parks for our clients in the IT/ITES sector. Our award winning business parks viz Embassy Golf Links Business Park and  Manyata Embassy Business Park are testament to our capability in having established a reputable brand name as one of the leading IT/ITES space developers in India.

The strength of our brand is also reflected by the fact that our commercial and retail completed project vacancy rate is far lower than that of  the national average. We have strong tenant  relationships with our key clients many of which are Fortune 500 companies as we have a detailed understanding of their requirements and deliver to international standards. Our business parks also have all the facilities that our clients expect and are valued by them.

In addition we are one of the few Indian real estate developers that has experience in developing projects internationally having completed 1.39 million sft. in Malaysia. Additionally we intend to develop a business park in Serbia in Eastern Europe.
