Corporate Social Responsibility

Sustainable Developments
All of Embassy‘s ongoing and future projects are designed to obtain LEED ratings as part of the efforts for creating sustainable developments.

We place emphasis on social and community service and have undertaken various non-profit initiatives to contribute to Bangalore's local community. Our initiatives include the following.

Kalyana Mantapa 
The construction of a Kalyana Mantapa (a traditional marriage hall) at Addiganahalli Village, Bangalore North, for the purposes of conducting free marriage ceremonies.

Eco Consciousness Initiatives 
We provide financial support to environmentally-friendly initiatives taken up by the residents' associations of our residential projects, such as rain water harvesting.

Government School
The Embassy Group, as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for the State of Karnataka, launched a state-of-the-art higher primary government school in Tarahunse village, North Bangalore. The school has been adopted by the Stonehill International School (an education initiative of the Embassy Group) with the intention of providing varied assistance to the school.
